Quemille Benitez

As a Growth Consultant, Quemille’s purpose is to arm businesses with tools for sustainable growth so that they can continue to master their craft and positively impact the world. She champions every type of professional, especially those who aren’t traditionally trained in business and those whose services change lives. Growth consulting services include one-to-one performance and business coaching, strategic planning retreats, and workplace culture. Professional and life experiences have instilled in Quemille the belief in radical ownership, simply that we all have the power and resilience to become who we want to be and achieve what we want to achieve. Her journey has also taught Quemille that growth happens in community. It her my passion to help you cultivate genuine relationships to drive referral partnerships and revenue, create a positive and productive workplace culture, and grow into a confident, more authentic professional. Quemille is an educator by trade but prefers to be the student, learning as much as she can and moving through life with a curious lens. Her colleagues love to call her the “Master Connector”, which is just one simple way she has built her village of inspiring people in the Southern California area and beyond. Quemille’s best friends call her Monica Geller from F.R.I.E.N.D.S. as she is highly (and sometimes unnecessarily) competitive and fiercely loyal to those in her circle. When she’s not supporting professionals and organizations to grow, she is seeking adventure locally and internationally or getting lost in a novel or podcast. You’ll often find her spending quality time with her big, wild family, though her greatest joy is growing her own little family with her spouse, Vince.
